【摘要】 目的 :研究特超声口腔疾病治疗仪对家兔外周血像的影响。方法 :采用特超声口腔疾病治疗仪照射家兔口腔颌面部 ,1次 /d、30min/次 ,照射前 1d采家兔耳背静脉血 1次 ,照射 3、6、10d后分别采耳背静脉血 1次。血样经库尔特Ac、T10血球计数仪自动分析 ,电脑打印结果。结果 :家兔外周血像中红细胞和血红蛋白均不同程度上升 ,并持续 10d左右 ;淋巴细胞含量和绝对值也上升 ,但仅持续 6d左右后便开始下降。结论 :特超声口腔疾病治疗仪有提高外周血中红细胞、淋巴细胞的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Research the influence of rabbit blood affected by the super-ultrasonic oral disease therapy instrument.Methods:The rabbit oral jaws was irradiated by the super-ultrasonic oral disease therapy instrument (1time/day, 30min/time).The vein blood of rabbit hard of hearing was drawn 1 day before irradiation and 3 days, 6 days,10days after irradiation. The rabbit blood was tested with Ac.T10 blood cell counter.Results:The RBC and Hgb of rabbit hemogram were raise and continused for 10 days.The LY% and LY of rabbit hemogram were raise also and continused for 6 days only.Conclusions:The rabbit RBC and LY will be increased by the super-ultrasonic oral disease therapy instrument.更多还原
