【摘要】 目的 :建立天津市恒牙早期正常牙合Steiner分析法各项指标的正常值范围 ,评价其颅颌面特征。方法 :通过70名天津籍恒牙早期正常牙合头颅X线侧位片的描绘、定点 ,测量Steiner分析法各项指标的均数和标准差 ,与国内不同地区进行比较 ,同时推算其Cheveron值。结果 :得出Steiner分析法的正常值 ;男女间比较除Pg -NB外均无显著性差异 ;与国内部分地区恒牙早期正常值比较有差异 ;ANB角与 1-NA和 1-NB之间有相关性 ,得出Cheveron值。结论 :不同地区正常牙合青少年其X线头影测量正常值有一定差异 ,因此各地区应有各自相应的正常值标准 ,不应强求一致更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to estabish the normal value of Steiner analytical method of Tianjin and to reveal the regular patterns and characteristics concerning the growth of craniofacial morphology.Methods:70 students with early permanent dentition were selected as the samplers.The cephalometric analytical method of Steiner was used in this study.Results:The normal values of Steiner analytical method for early permanent dentition on normal occlusal children of Tianjin were established and compared with that of Beijin,Xian,Harbin,Shanghai.Conclusions:We found that the cephalometric mearsuement values are various in different regional population.更多还原
