【摘要】 目的 探讨下颌骨第三磨牙与角部骨折之间的关系。方法 回顾性对1981年11月-2000年10月收治的185例下颌骨骨折病例进行研究,了解下颌骨第三磨牙的存在和位置。结果 下颌骨第三磨牙造成角部骨折的危险性是没有第三磨牙的1.9倍（P<0.05）,第三磨牙的不同位置造成下颌骨角部骨折的危险性,在统计学上有显著性差异（P<0.05）。结论 下颌骨第三磨牙增加了角部骨折的危险性,角部骨折的危险性随着第三磨牙的位置而改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyse the relationship between the mandibular third molar(M3) and angle fractures.Methods A retrospective study of 185 patients of mandible fractures between Nov. 1981 and Oct.2000 was conducted in order to know the presence and position of M3. Results Patients with M3 had a 1.9 times greater chance of an angle fracture than the patients without M3 (p < 0.05). There was a statistical difference in the risk of an angle fracture, depending on M3 position (p < 0.05) . Conclusion Patients with M3 had an increased risk of an angle fracture.
