直排波瓣喷管引射器流场计算k-ε模型的选择
Numerical study of k-ε turbulent models for flow within a straightly lobed nozzle
【摘要】 应用N S方程 ,对一种实验引射性能较好的直排波瓣喷管引射器内复杂流场进行了数值模拟。采用三维贴体坐标 ,同位网格 ,研究了标准k ε、Chenk ε和RNGk ε湍流模型应用于波瓣喷管引射器流场计算的可行性和计算精度。结果表明 ,上述三种湍流模型均能揭示混合段中流向涡的发展规律。总的看来 ,Chenk ε模型和RNGk ε模型计算结果与测量值差别最小 ,远远好于标准k ε模型。
【Abstract】 Numerical research of three different k-ε turbulent models for the flow w ithin a straightly arranged lobed exhaust/ejector mixer which had been tested to be the optimal in pumping performance by us, has been conducted to test reliabi lity and to compare their calculating precisions. The flow is modeled as incompr essible, viscous and steady. To fit the irregular boundaries of the flow field, curvilinear strongly non-orthogonal coordinates are employed. The SIMPLEC metho d is used for solving the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations which are e nclosed by the standard k-ε turbulent model,the Chen k-ε turbulent m odel and the RNG k-ε turbulent models. The characteristics of simulated st reamwise vortex within the lobed nozzle are same among the three turbulent model s. The numerical results with the RNG k-ε turbulent model and the Chen k -ε turbulent model are more close to the experimental results in the flow fi eld than the standard k-ε turbulent model, and there is nearly no differen ce between the RNG k-ε turbulent model and the Chen turbulent model.
