【Abstract】 The purpose of this research is to discuss and improve the technique of making sections of the tooth tissue. The methods of cutting sections and grinding sections are introduced in our research. The steps-decalcification, dehydration used in cutting sections and embedding used in grinding sections are improved. The sections made by our methods showed integrated tissue structure and clear cell morphology.更多还原
