【摘要】 目的 :探讨米非司酮治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的疗效 .方法 :治疗组自诊刮后每天口服米非司酮 2 5mg ,每日 1次 ,连服 3个月 ;治疗前后测血清DSH ,LH ,E ,P ,T 5项激素 .对照组舌下含化甲基睾丸素 5mg ,每日1次 ,连服 3个月 .结果 :治疗组闭经率 (88 6 % )显著高于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) .而复发率显著低于对照组 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) .治疗组患者治疗后的FSH ,LH ,P显著低于治疗前 (P <0 0 5 ) .结论 :米非司酮是治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的有效药物之一更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Mifepristone in treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding of climacterium. Methods: Mifepristone was given to treatment group after diagnostic curettage, the dosage was 25?mg, administered orally once a day for 3 months . And the methyl testosterone(testoid) was given to contral group after diagnostic curettage for a dose of 5mg sublingually once a day for 3 months. Serum FSH, LH, E , P, and T of the treatment group were detected before and after treatment. Results: The menopause rate of treatment group was (88.6%) significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). The recurrent rate of control group was significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). For treatment group, serum FSH, LH and P after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Mifepriston is one of effective medicines in therapy for dysfunctional uterine bleeding of climacterium.更多还原
