【摘要】 对 2 1例慢性阻塞性肺病并发持续漏气的气胸患者 ,采用放置双管 ,闭式引流加间断负压吸引 ,并经高位微管注入高聚金葡素的治疗方法 .结果 :2 0例患者患侧肺完全复张 ,治愈出院 .结果说明对于慢性阻塞性肺病并发顽固性气胸 ,采用该种疗法 ,效果确切 ,简单易行更多还原

【Abstract】 There were 21 patients with persistent air leaks secondary to spontaneous pneumothorax with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) which were treated by inserting two chest tube, draining, intermittently sucking and instilling drug for pleurodesis from the upper slim tube. Results showed 20 patients recovered. Conclusion:the method was useful and simple in management of obstinate pneumothorax with COPD.更多还原
