【Abstract】 In order to provide the basis on further rearch on the medical function of leeches in the traditional medicine and to make full use of the leeches’ resources, we have ancalysized the composition of amino acid of four leech species distributed in Yunnan province in the paper. The results show that there are obvious differences in the composition of amino acid between bloodsucking and non - bloodsucking leeches. We have analy-sized the possible medical treatment of invigorating the circulation of blood and reducing extravasated blood of non - bloodsucking leeches in order to open and develop the leeches’ resource and to provide the information and suggestions for further research.更多还原
