【Abstract】 Along with the revolutionary progre ss of netw or k technology and informa tion processing technology,the sci-tech information s ervice is confron ted with a strong challenge from other newborn information ser vice setup s and their new-type service means and modes.This paper still expo unds how Chinese sci-t ech information service to deal with the com-petitions and challenges after WTO e ntry,and points out that only the sci-tech informa tion service institut ions renew con-ceptions,follow up timely,establish the internal management system fitting in with the competition,and br oaden the ser vice scope by utilizing their own superio rities,can they get double-winning in both public welfare service and ma rket exploration.更多还原
