【Abstract】 Spillover effects of foreign direct investment is one of the important factors that affect the tecnology advancement of host countries. There are three channels that can produce spillover effects: first,the front and backward linkage of multinational corporations and enterprises in host countries; second, the flow of human resources;third,demonstration and imitation. This article analyzes the importance of spillover effects in the technology advancement of host countries and the factors that affect spillover effects.
