【摘要】 目的:探讨和比较高金合金、含钛的镍铬合金(Tilite、钛莱特)、镍铬合金烤瓷冠的临床应用效果。方法:分别制作高金合金、钛莱特、镍铬合金烤瓷冠各60个,共180个。在烤瓷冠完成时和复查时,临床检查冠的颜色、颈缘染色、边缘密合度和牙折断、折裂情况,观察3年。结果:钛莱特和镍铬合金烤瓷冠在颜色、颈缘染色、边缘密合度方面无显著性差异(P>0.05);高金合金烤瓷冠没有颈缘染色,在颜色和边缘密合度方面优于Tilite和镍铬合金烤瓷冠(P<0.05);3组都未见牙折断、折裂及组织过敏反应。结论:高金合金烤瓷冠比镍铬合金烤瓷冠有更好的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare the clinic effect of the ceramic crowns made of high gold alloy and Ni-Cr alloycontaining Ti (Tilite) and Ni-Cr alloy. Methods: 180 ceramic crowns were made of three alloys respectively. each 60pieces. The color, margin fitness,cervical gray line and fracture of the ceramic crowns were checked the following 3 years.Results: Tilite ceramic crowns were similar to Ni-Cr alloy ceramic crowns in color, cervical gray line, margin fitness andfracture (P>0.05). The high gold alloy ceramic crowns had no cervical gray line and were better than Tilite and Ni-Cr alloyceramic crowns in color and margin fitness significantly (P<0.05). The fracture of ceramic crowns and allergy was notfound. Conclusion: The clinic effects of high gold alloy ceramic crowns are better than Tilite and Ni-Cr alloy ceramiccrowns.更多还原
