【摘要】 目的: 评价口腔修复彩色照片的数字化系统的临床应用。方法:运用计算机网络系统(医院局域网),采用刻录机、打印机及处理彩照的相关软件,用数码照相机,依一定的拍摄方法,拍摄口腔彩色照片,拍完后输入电脑,进行分类,保存,并可编辑排版打印出所需照片。当文件达一定数量后,进行刻录备份,以利工作需要。结果:我院从2001年2月,建立口腔彩照数字化系统以来,截止2002年2月共拍摄9978张彩照,其中修复科占5%。此套系统具有效率高,成本低,技术易掌握,易分类保存,查找等优点。但也存在易受电脑及网络故障影响,资料的保密性受制约等缺点。结论:由于信息技术的发展和计算机应用的普及,数码影像必将会取代传统的摄影。随着相关技术的进一步完善提高,口腔修复彩色照片的数字化系统,将更加推广并普及应用于临床工作中,为临床工作服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the clinical appliance of digital system for colouredpictures of oral restoration. Methods: The computer system was used in hospital with the appliance of CD writer, printerand relative software. The digital camera was used to take coloured pictures for oral restoration with special ways ,then thepictures were taken into the computer followd by classification and storage .They can also by edited and printed out.Thepictures would be transferred in videos to service the clinical work. Results: We had taken 9978 pictures from the Februaryof 2001 when our hospital founded this system to the February of 2002 .This system has many advantges such as higherefficiency, lower cost, easier to grasp,easier to classify,easier to store, easier to check and so on.But it has some disdvantages.For example, it would be affected by the trouble of the computer system easily and the secrecy of the files is limited.Conclusions: Digital photographic would replace the traditional one .The digital system for coloured pictures of oralrestoration would be advanced and be widely used in clinical work.It would service sick men and doctors better.更多还原
