【摘要】 目的:观察成品螺纹桩核和铸造桩核前牙烤瓷冠临床效果,比较二者的优缺点。方法:将前牙烤瓷桩冠分为成品螺纹桩核组(130件)和铸造桩核组(105件),失败类型包括:冠脱位、桩脱位、冠折、根折和桩折5类。结果:成品螺纹桩核组共出现失败病例10例,而铸造桩核组共出现失败病例5例。结论:螺纹桩核和铸造桩核均是较好的烤瓷冠桩核,但二者各有所长。正确选择适应症,尽量保存健康牙体,考虑临床和患者的方便,是取得良好修复效果的关健。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the different clinical result between anterior PFM crowns of prefabricated screw andcast metal post-and-core. Methods: Anterior PFM post-and-core crowns were devided into 2 groups, one of the postsgroup was prefabricated screws the other group’s was cast metal; the reasons of the failure included dislodgment ofcrown and post, fracture of crown, post and tooth root. Results: The failed cases were 10 in prefabricated screw postgroup and there were 5 in cast metal group. Conclusions: Both prefabricated screw and cast metal post-and-core are goodin PFM post crowns, but each group has its own advantages. For the good clinical results,it is important to select indicationscorrectly, keep the normal tooth tissure, consider the convenience of clinic and patients.更多还原
