【摘要】 目的 :探讨对建立人工气道患者收集肺分泌物的方法。方法 :分别采用常规法 (A)、lml无菌注射器法 (B)和无菌玻璃瓶法 (C)收集肺分泌物 ,对其病原学检测的敏感性、可操作性进行比较。结果 :B、C两法与A法相比 ,在病原学检出率方面有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而B、C两法之间无差异 (P >0 .0 1)但在可操作性上C更优于B。结论 :无菌玻璃瓶法是一种简便、快捷、可靠的收集肺分泌物行病原学检测的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: TO study the ways of collecting pulmonary secretion with artifical trachea.Methods: Normal way(A)?lml sterile syrine way(B) and sterile glass bottle way(C) were used to collect pulmonary secretion,and compared with sensitivity and procedurity in etiology detection.Results: To the rate of bacteria’s checkout,B and C were better than A ( P <0.05).It wasn’t different between B and C ( P >0.01),but C was more simply than B.Conclusion: C was simplicity?rapidity and sensitivity way of collecting pulmonary secretion.更多还原
