【Abstract】 The essay discusses the four factors that influence the legislation on the qualification of eyewitness in civil suit,namely,the suit system,the goal of evidence law, basic requirements for the witness’s giving evidence and qualification of witness in civil suit of our country and proposes suggestions on the factors that should be paid attention when reforming and improving the qualification of the wintess.更多还原
