【摘要】 目的　改进后牙纵裂治疗的固定方法。方法　对 4 7例后牙纵裂采用牙内环形结扎固定加全冠修复。结果　 4 7例后牙纵裂成功 2 9例 ,进步 10例 ,失败 8例 ,有效率为 82 .9%。结论　在后牙纵裂的治疗中 ,牙内环形结扎是一种较好的固定方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the treatment for longitudinal odontoschism of posterior tooth employing the fixation therapy.Methods Fixation by intradental circular ligation in combination with full dental crown repair were employed to treat 47cases of longitudinal odontoschisms of posterior teeth.Results Among 47cases of longitudinal odontoschisms of posterior teeth ,29cases were successful,10 cases were improved and the remaining 8cases were failed success, respectively , after the treatments . The overall clinical efficacy rate was 82.9%.Conclusion The intradental circular ligation could be recommended as one of the promising therapies to treat the longitudinal odontoschism of posterior tooth.更多还原
