【摘要】 目的 通过对1例隐性梅毒感染者的调查处理分析,探讨重点人群的发病因素,为今后的检疫查验和传染病监测、制订有效的控制处理措施提供依据。方法 对隐性梅毒感染者进行流行病学调查,采取疫情报告、疫情控制、吊销登陆证、实施卫生处理、宣传教育、监护离境等一系列处理措施。结果 将1例隐性梅素感染者顺利监护出境。结论 1.做好性健康知识的普及,提高防范意识;2.加强对重点人群的检疫查验和传染病监测工作,及早诊断性病,降低性病进一步传播的风险;3.加强与口岸协作单位的配合,做好传染病检出后的后续管理工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the analysis of survey and treatment for a case of incubational suphilitic, we summarized the pathogenic factors in special group of peopled and provide the scientivfic basis for control and treatment of quarantine for infectious surveillance. Method Epidemiologic survey for incubational syphilitic, condition report, control epidemic situation, withdrawal the shorepass, sanitary treatment, public education, superintend deportation of patient were performed. Results A case of incu-bationbal syphilitic had deported under the supervision of quarantine bureau. Conclusion (1) It is necessary for public education about sanitary knowledge. (2)Quarantine and surveillance in special group of person can lessen the risk of spreading the sexual transmitted diseases. (3) We should strengthen the cooperation with other port department concerned and the management of later period for infectious diseases.更多还原
