【Abstract】 Objective To investigate extractive efficiency of amino acids and trace elements with different concentration alcohol and water in Actinidia chinensis Planch. Methods The samples were determined by amino acid auto- analysis instrument and atomic absorption spectrometer.Results The extractive results with75 % alcohol were superior to that of95 % alcohol and that of water.Conclusion Using75 % alcohol as extractive solvent is the best procedure.更多还原
