【摘要】 目的　利用血管铸型扫描电镜的方法观察延髓内微血管的形态、走行、分支及血管吻合等情况。方法新鲜儿童尸脑 2例 ,将甲基丙烯酸甲酯的预聚合体经椎动脉和及颈内动脉插管注入 ,盐酸腐蚀后取材。结果　延髓微血管内存在大量的直角及钝角分支 ,以及许多螺旋形波纹状走行血管。结论　延髓内存在确切无疑的血管吻合及吻合而成的血管网眼更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the morphology branch anastomoses of microvascalature of medulla oblongata.Methods Two methye-methacrylate corrosion casts were prepared from the intra-microvascular system of human medulla oblongata.Results The large quantity of right and obtuse angle brance exist in the microvasculature of medalla oblongata and discovery the large quantity of helix vessels. Conclusion The vessel anastomoses and mesh exist in the medulla oblongata.更多还原
