【摘要】 目的　探讨 α5整合素亚基在肺癌细胞凋亡中的作用。方法　以特异性单克隆抗体阻断肺癌细胞中 α5整合素亚基的功能 ,TUNEL实验检测肺癌细胞的凋亡情况。结果　肺癌GLC - 82细胞 2 4h、 48hAI值分别为(1 3± 0 6 7) %和 (2 4± 0 84) %。在 1 0 μg/ml、 5 0 μg/ml和 10 0 μg/ml浓度的抗体作用后 2 4h的AI分别为(2 0± 0 6 6 ) %、 (2 7± 0 6 7) %和 (2 8± 0 6 3) % ;48h的AI分别为 (3 4± 0 96 ) %、 (4 7± 1 33) %和 (5 1± 1 19) %。与对照组相比差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　α5整合素亚基可能抑制体外培养的GLc- 82肺癌细胞的凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between α 5 integrin subunit and lung cancer cell apoptosis invitro Methods GLc-82 cells were treated with specific monoclonal antibodies The cell apoptosis index was evaluated by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labellineg (TUNEL) Results The natural apoptotic index (AI) of GLC-82 cells was (1 3±0 67)% 24h later and (2 4±0 84)% 48 hours later AI was respecitively (2 0±0 66)%,(2 7±0 67)% and (2 8±0 63)% 24h later and was respecitively (3 4±0 95)%,(4 7±1 33)% and (5 1±1 19)% 48h later with antibodies concentration of 2 0 μg/ml,4 0μg/ml and 10 0μg/ml Conclusion α 5 integrin subunit can inhibit GLC-82 cells apoptosis in vitro更多还原
