【摘要】 采用早老龄小鼠双侧颈总动脉反复缺血再灌合并尾部放血的方法造成脑缺血模型 ,用高效液相层析法 (HPLC)测定脑匀浆中三种腺苷酸含量计算出脑能量负荷。分别观察聪圣胶囊对脑组织能量负荷、乳酸 (LA)、乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)的影响。结果 :聪圣胶囊 3、9g kg可明显改善能量负荷 ;1、3、9g kg可明显减轻模型小鼠乳酸酸中毒程度 ,表现为LA含量减少 ,LDH活力提高。结论 :聪圣胶囊可通过改善能量代谢 ,减轻脑乳酸酸中毒程度 ,发挥抗脑缺血作用更多还原

【Abstract】 The cerebral ischemia model was established by repeated ischemia and reperfusion of common carotid arteries and tail bloodletting in the presenile mice. The contents of 3 kinds of AMP in the mouse brain homogenate were determined by HPLC and the brain energy charge was calculated. The effects of Congsheng Capsules (CC) on the brain energy charge and the levels of LA and LDH were observed. The results showed that doses of 3 g /kg and 9 g/kg of CC could markedly improve the brain energy charge, and doses of 1 g/kg, 3 g/kg and 9 g/kg of CC could remarkably decrease the level of LA and increase the activity of LDH in the model mice.更多还原
