开郁清胃颗粒对糖尿病大鼠肝脏和骨骼肌细胞胰岛素受体的影响

【摘要】 研究开郁清胃颗粒对链脲佐菌素所致糖尿病大鼠肝及骨骼肌细胞膜胰岛素受体结合力及胰岛素样生长因子 (IGF 1)的影响。实验大鼠分成 4组 :正常组 ,糖尿病模型组 ,糖尿病中药治疗组 ,糖尿病西药治疗组 ;各组分别给药 1个月。结果糖尿病中药治疗组大鼠与糖尿病模型组相比 ,血糖水平和肝脏及肌肉细胞膜胰岛素受体结合力降低 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5 ) ;胰岛素样生长因子水平升高 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,胰岛素水平无明显变化。说明开郁清胃颗粒通过增加IGF 1的水平 ,减少了胰岛素受体前的抵抗 ,从而改善了糖尿病糖代谢紊乱。

【Abstract】 The effects of Kaiyuqingwei Granules (KG) on the binding power of insulin receptors and insulin like growth factor 1 (IGF 1) in liver and skeletal muscle cells in the rats with streptozotocin induced diabetes were studied in diabetic rats. Rats in the experiment were divided into 4 groups, namely, the normal control, diabetic model control, TCM drug treatment, and western style drug treatment. The results showed that after the relevant treatment for 1 month, compared with those in the diabetic model control group, the level of blood sugar and the binding power of insulin receptors in liver and skeletal muscle cell membranes decreased ( P <0.01 or P <0.05), IGF 1 level increased ( P <0.001), and the level of insulin had no marked change in the TCM drug treatment group. The results suggest that KG can decrease the insulin resistance at the sites anterior to the receptors, hence to relieve diabetic disturbance of carbohydrate metabolism through increasing IGF 1 level.
