【Abstract】 A simple and highly sensitive spectrofluorimetry is proposed. At the dimension of prazosion 2.382 ×10 -7 mol?L～1.905×10 -6 mol?L ,the value of the fluorescence intensity is in good linear relations with the concentrations of prazosion.
