【Abstract】 This article attempts to point out the important role of the university president’s ideology in forming the models of school running by defining the operational ideology of school running,analyzing its functions and citing some successful examples from the history of higher education development.It stresses the view that "a university president should have his/her own operational ideology",and concludes that the operational ideology should consist of six aspects based on the analysis of the characteristics in the new era of higher education development.更多还原
