【Abstract】 An all-round promotion of the internationaliztion of China’s stock market includes:ⅰ)clarification of the contents of stock market’s internationalization,ⅱ)understanding the practical barriers facing the internationalization of China’s stock market,ⅲ)establishment of the policies which include gradual opening up of the capital market,standardzing of the reform of the joint-stock system enterprises,deepening the reform of the financial system,establishing the early warning system of preventing capital from escaping to other countries,and strengthening the management of the institutions of assets assessment and securities assessment.更多还原
