【摘要】 针对WBC2 5 0稳定土厂拌设备粉料系统在现场施工中存在的水泥流失量大、污染重的问题 ,并通过对改进后引发的进料不畅导致电机烧坏等新问题的分析 ,以理论为根据提出了在出料口处加装节流槽装置降低水泥的超量喷射 ,在料斗内加设第二层钢板增大水泥流动活性的解决方案 ,并在实践中逐步完善 ,对现有WBC2 5 0粉料系统的故障提出了彻底的改进方案更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the problems of power system of WBC250 stabilized soil factory mixing equipment such as large quantity of concrete running off and serious pollution the improvement of this system is introduced. Based on theory measures are proposed that adding throttling groove in discharge port to reduce excess ejecting of cement and adding second lay steel board in hopper to enhance the liquidity of cement. At last the exhaustive improvement plans are proposed.更多还原
