【Abstract】 In this paper the conception of cork and cork heat insulating layer, the job conditions of cork heat insulating layer construction and the needed machines are introduced. the construction technological process and operating characteristics are mainly elaborated. Especially some contents are illustrated in detail such as the preparation of 60# asphalt material and cork, snapping mesh division on the basal surface and position determining.
