【摘要】 砌体裂缝的发生 ,轻者影响使用功能 ,重者可导致砌体倒塌。对砌体常见裂缝进行了分析 ,归纳出其主要原因有 :地基的不均匀沉降和冻胀 ,温度变化 ,地震灾害以及本身承载力不足几个方面 ,并提出了具体的预防措施 ,若处理妥当 ,可使建筑物处于安全状态更多还原

【Abstract】 The generation and development of masonry cracks influence the using function of mild crack and serious cracks cause the collapse of masonry. The common cracks exiting in masonry are analyzed and the main reasons of those cracks are summarized. The differential settlement of foundation, frozen swell, change of temperature, earthquake, the insufficient bearing capacity and other aspects are the main reasons of cracks. The preventive measures are proposed to make the building in safe condition.更多还原
