【摘要】 从置换通风的基本理论出发 ,结合纺织厂的具体情况 ,分析了置换通风在纺织厂应用的优势和可能存在的问题 ;并通过计算和数值模拟 ,研究了纺织厂各车间的能源消耗、气流组织、温度分布等问题。结果表明 :在纺织厂使用置换通风系统有较为明显的节能效果。此外 ,还针对纺织厂各车间的不同具体情况 ,就粉尘控制问题做了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to basic ideas of displacement ventilation as well as the particular cases in textile workshops,feasibility studies are carried out to assess the advantages and potential problems of applying displacement ventilation in textile mills.By means of the CFD,the airflow pattern,temperature distribution and energy consumption in certain textile workshop with displacement ventilation are presented.The results show the application cut down the energy consumption remarkably in all workshops.Meanwhile,a preliminary discussion on the movement of the fabric dust inside the workshop is developed in the end.更多还原
