【Abstract】 In 21st centuries,enterprises will face non-coherent competition environment.They need set up and improve the economic and technological innovation mechanism of their staffs by way of developing and managing their human resources.In this article,we will start with the rational analyses on economic and technological innovation of enterprise staffs.Then we will point out the imminence of innovation,the impetus source of innovation,the target orientation of innovation,the operating core of innovation,the market base of innovation and the efficient instrument of competition.We will further discuss the ways of economic and technological innovation of enterprise staffs.These measures include setting up and improving the development mechanism of innovation talents of the enterprise and creating the innovation culture of the enterprise.更多还原
