振簧自动控制系统的设计

【摘要】 车辆检修的质量是列车安全运行的保证 ,采用工控机实现振簧的检测、喷漆、烘干、分拣控制 ,可以提高检测精度、降低劳动强度、提高生产效率。经实践证明 ,该系统运行可靠 ,成本低。文章介绍了枕簧分拣控制系统的组成、工作原理、控制方式及程序设计思想。

【Abstract】 Quality of train being overhauled is assurance of train running safety. It can Improve detection precision, decrease labour power and increase productive efficiency when implement the detection, painting, drying and separating control of pillow-spring by using industrial control unit. Results show that the system works reliably and its run cost is low.The composition of the pillow-spring selection control system, operating principle,control method and programming idea are introduced. The whole system is of low cos t of implementation, trustiness in run and high accuracy in detection.
