【Abstract】 The problem of employment of Colleges and Universities Graduates is very serious in China. There are three major problems that are the difficulty of Graduates to apply for a job. the difficulty of employer to find aGraduates and the difficulty of Colleges and Universities to recommend Gradu-ates.
