【摘要】 目的 :观察青少年骨化性纤维瘤患者不同治疗方式对愈后的影响。方法 :对 38例青少年骨化性纤维瘤患者愈后状况进行综合性调查。结果 :儿童期患者 ,肿瘤发展慢者 ,可观察或实施肿瘤部份刮除术 ,成年后再行肿瘤全切术 ;肿瘤发展快者 ,应行肿瘤全切术。青少年骨化性纤维瘤患者 ,应行肿瘤全切术。结论 :青少年颌骨骨化性纤维瘤患者 ,在颌骨发育完全后 ,完整切除是最佳治疗方式更多还原
