【摘要】 目的 :应用带蒂颊脂垫即刻修复腭部肿瘤切除术后组织缺损。方法 :12例腭部肿瘤的患者 ,肿瘤切除术后在同一创口区分离出带蒂颊脂垫 ,对腭部组织的缺损进行修复 ,最大可修复 5 .0cm× 3.5cm的缺损范围。结果 :全部病例的带蒂颊脂垫均成活 ,其表面均与正常口腔粘膜相似 ,有 4例粘膜有轻度瘢痕化 ,不影响张口度。结论 :用带蒂颊脂垫修复腭部组织缺损是一种安全、简便的方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: this report introduces the use of the pedicled buccal fat pad in reconstruction of defects of the palate by the tumors resection.Methods:Twelve patients with tumor of the palate were dissect the pedided buccal fat pad in the same incision after the tumor were resected reconstruct the defect of the palate.The maximum reconstructed defect was 5.0 cm×3.5 cm.Results:All pedicled buccal fat pads healed well,the surface of the buccal fat pad was similar to normal mucosa,the healed mucosa exhibited slight scarring in four patients, but the degree of opening mouth was not affected.Conclusions:Use of the pedicled buccal fat pad is a safe and easy method to reconstruct defects of the palate.更多还原
