【摘要】 目的 :了解慢性前列腺炎 (CP)患者的症状评分 (NIH CPSI)及前列腺液 (EPS)的细菌感染情况。方法 :对 2 6 1例CP患者进行症状评分及对其EPS标本进行常规培养、淋病奈瑟菌的特殊培养和支原体、衣原体测定。结果 :96例EPS细菌培养阳性。其中单一G+ 菌感染 4 9例 ,单一G- 菌感染 2 7例 ,11例为 2种细菌感染 ,9例为 3种细菌混合感染。在 2 6 1例中 ,单独支原体感染 4 6例 ,衣原体感染 2 1例 ,支原体、衣原体合并感染 11例。症状评分高者 ,细菌培养阳性率高。结论 :CBP的致病菌种类较多 ,与症状评分成正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore symptom score and prostatic fluid pathogen of patients with chronic prostatitis(CP).Methods:261 patients with CP were evaluated for symptoms and their EPS was incubated for examination of Neisseria gonorrhoeae, mycoplasma, and chlamydia.Results:There were 96 patients showing bateruia in their EPS.Among them,49 showed G + alone,27 did G - alone,11 did both G + and G -,and 9 did three kinds of bacteria.There were 46 patients infected by mycoplasma,21 infected chlamydia,and 11 infected by both two above.The higher the symptom score was the higher the incidence of pathogenic microorganism infection.Conclusion:There are many kinds of pathogenic microorganisms in patients with CBP,and pathogenic microorganism infection is positively correlated with symptom score.更多还原
