不同频率时高频喷射通气膈神经电位的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究麻醉犬高频喷射通气 (15 0次 min、30 0次 min和 6 0 0次 min ,驱动压 0 .5kg cm2 )和常频机械通气 (16次 min ,驱动压 0 .5kg cm2 )对膈神经动作电位的频率、幅度和持续时间的影响。方法 :用电生理方法测定高频喷射通气时膈神经电位的变化。结果 :常频机械通气和高频喷射通气 (15 0次 min和 30 0次 min)后 ,膈神经动作电位的幅度无显著改变 (P >0 .0 5 )。高频喷射通气 (6 0 0次 min) 15min ,膈神经动作电位幅度显著增大 (P <0 .0 5 )。通气 5和 15min ,膈神经动作电位的放电频率显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。停止常频机械通气 15min ,膈神经动作电位的持续时间显著缩短 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :中等频率的高频喷射通气比高频率的高频喷射通气的效果好。

【Abstract】 Objective:The effects of high frequeney jet ventilation (HFJV) (150times/min,300 times/min,600time/min,drive pressure at 0.5 kg/cm 2)and conventional mechanical ventilation(CMV)(16times/min,drive pressure at 0.5 kg/cm 2)on the frequency,amplitude, persistent time of action potential of phrenic nerve were stuied in anaesthe tied dogs.Methads:The effects of HFJV during different frequency on the phremnic nerve potential to measured with methods of electron physiology.Results:After CMV(16times/min) and HFJV(150,300times/min),amplitude of action potential of phtenic nerve have no significantly change ( P >0.05).HFJV with 600 times/min for 15 minutes,the amplitude of action potential of phrenic nerve significantly increased( P <0.05).HFJY with 600times/min for 5 and 15 minutes,the frequency of phrenic nerve impulse significantly decreased( P <0.01).The persistent time of action potential of phrenic nerve significantly decreased( P <0.05)at 15 minutes after the CMV stopped.Conclusion:the effects of ventilation with HFJV of mediate frequency is better than HFJV of high frequency (600 times/min).
