【摘要】 目的 :比较四种培养基对气传真菌的收集能力。方法 :2 0 0 0年 3月～ 2 0 0 1年 2月应用曝皿法 ,进行全年的气传真菌调查。结果 :四种培养基收集真菌的数量间无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;收集真菌的种属能力稍有不同 ;玉米培养基诱导真菌生成孢子或子囊的能力较强 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :同时用多种培养基收集气传真菌种类更全面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the collectibility of four culture medium on airborne Fungi. Methods:The study was carried out from March of 2000 to February of 2001; the airborne fungi was investigated by means of glass dish.Results:There was no effective difference among the four culture medium( P >0.05);there were few differences on some species;the corn culture medium could induce the formation of spores( P <0.05).Conclusion:Using more species of culture medium will collect more airborne fungi.更多还原
