【摘要】 目的 :了解浙江省上虞市学龄前儿童龋患情况。方法 :采用流行病学调查方法 ,调查 4～ 6岁学龄前儿童的患龋率。结果 :上虞市学龄前儿童患龋率 :4岁为 6 0 .35 %、5岁为 71.5 3%、6岁为 84.13%,平均为 72 .5 0 %;龋齿充填率为 8.2 3%。结论 :上虞市学龄前儿童 (4～ 6岁 )的患龋率较高 ,必须重视学龄前儿童的口腔保健 ,降低患龋率 ,提高乳牙龋齿的充填率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the caries status in preschool children of Shangyu city.Medthods:The caries prevalence in preschool children,4 to 6 years old,was investigated through epidemiological methods.Results:The caries prevalence in preschool children of Shanyu city was 60.35 % in the 4-year-old group,71.53% in the 5-year-old group,and 84.13% in the 6-year-old group.The average value of caries prevalence was 72.50%.The filling rate of caries teeth was 8.23 %.Conclusion:The caries prevalence in 4 to 6-years-old preschool children of Shangyu city was high.Management must be taken to reduce the caries prevalence and to increase the filling rate of radiculus caries teeth.更多还原
