【摘要】 目的 :CAP +放疗及EP +放疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌 (未行手术 )的疗效及毒副反应进行对比。方法 :CAP+放疗 2 6例为实验组 ,EP +放疗 2 4例为对照组 ,观察并比较其疗效及毒副反应。结果 :实验组CR、CR +PR分别占 3.84 %(1/ 2 6 )、5 3.8%(14 / 2 6 ) ;中位生存期 13个月 ,平均缓期 7.5月 ;出现消化道反应Ⅰ度 12例 ,Ⅱ度者 5例 ;粒细胞减少Ⅰ度者 13例 ,Ⅱ度者 5例 ,Ⅲ度 0例 ,放射性肺炎占 2 6 .92 %(7/ 2 6 )。对照组CR、CR +PR分别占4 .16 %(1/ 2 4 )、5 0 %(12 / 2 4 ) ;中位生存期 12 .8个月 ,平均缓解 7.1个月 ;出现消化道反应Ⅰ度者 11例 ,Ⅱ度者 5例 ;粒细胞减少Ⅰ度 12例 ,Ⅱ度 4例 ,Ⅲ度 1例 ;放射性肺炎占 2 0 .83%(5 / 2 4 )。结论 :两种治疗方法在疗效和毒副反应方面均无显著差异更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To compare curative effect and toxicity of CAP with those of EP chemotherapy,as both combined with limited radiotherapy for non small cell lung cancer.Methods:As study group, 26 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were treated with CAP chemotherapy plus radiotherapy. Other 24 patients were treated with EP plus radiotherapy as control group. Results: CR and CR+PR in the study group were 3.84%(1/26) and 53.84%(14/26). The medium survival duration was 13 months and the medium duration of remission was 7.5 months. Toxicity effect of the therapy included grade 1 vomiting in 12/26 cases and grade 2 vomiting in 5/26 cases. There were Grade 1 neutropenia in 13/26 cases and grade 2 neutropeinia in 5/26 cases. Radiated pneumonitis occurred in 26.92% of the 26 patients. In the control group, CR and CR+PR were 4.16%(1/24) and 50%(12/24), respectively. The medium survival duration was 12.8 months and the medium duration of remission was 7.1 months. Of 24 cases of control group, 11 cases and 5 cases had grade 1 and grade 2 vomiting, respectively. Meanwhile there were 12 cases, 4 cases, and 1 case showed grade 1, grade 2, and grade 3 neutropenia, respectively. Again, 20.83% of the 24 patients developed a radiated pneumonitis. Conclusion: There are no significant differences of curative effect and toxicity between the two methods.更多还原
