基于构态变换的变胞机构结构综合

【摘要】 讨论了一种在运动中构态可变并改变自由度的新机构。基于构态变换的矩阵运算,提出了变胞机构结构综合的新方法。从其终态出发,应用终态的拓扑结构及其相应的邻接矩阵,进行了杆件添加和相应构态变换的矩阵运算,研究了所有组合可能性,并应用拓扑对称性去除重复情况,从而综合出新的变胞机构。

【Abstract】 A new type of mechanism, which changes its con-figuration and subsequently its mobility during motion, is dis-cussed. Based on the mathematical description of the configu-ration changes, a set of matrix operations in the configuration changes are utilised, and a method in synthesising a metamor-phic mechanism is proposed. From a final structure of the mechanism with its corresponding adjacency matrix, different combinations of links are investigated. The structure synthesis with link addition is then related to the binary operations in the corresponding matrix transformation, which presents the change of corresponding configurations. New mechanisms are then produced and the isomorphism is used to reduce the num-ber of optional results.
