滚柱活齿传动受力分析的研究
A study on the mechanics model of roller movable tooth transmission
【摘要】 对于滚柱活齿传动进行了受力分析 ,提出了建立滚柱活齿传动力学模型的方法 ,并根据以活齿微位移为基础的变形协调条件 ,首次建立了完整的力学模型 ,提出了求解滚柱活齿传动机构各构件受力的计算公式。
【Abstract】 By carrying out a force bearing analysis on the transmission of roller movable tooth, this paper put forward a method of establishing the mechanics model of roller movable tooth transmission. On the basis of deformation coordinative conditions which takes micro-displacement of movable tooth as a foundation, a complete mechanics model is established for the first time. The computational formula for solving force acceptance of each structural component in roller movable tooth transmission mechanism is advanced.
