【摘要】 目的 :探讨对慢性肾衰竭治疗有效的中药复方保肾片对人系膜细胞生物学行为的影响。方法 :以健康志愿者服用保肾片 ,取不同浓度含药人血清加入系膜细胞培养体系中。应用MTT法和流式细胞仪检测系膜细胞增殖、凋亡和细胞周期。结果 :含中药保肾片的血清组 ,与正常人血清对照组相比 ,显著抑制人系膜细胞增殖 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,并且使大量系膜细胞阻滞在G0 /G1期 ,能诱导人系膜细胞发生凋亡。结论 :保肾片延缓慢性肾衰竭进展的作用机理之一是抑制系膜细胞增殖和促其凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Baoshen tablet (BST) on human mesangial cells in culture. Methods: Human serum from healthy volunteers with different concentrations in presence or absence of BST were added to HMCs.Proliferation, apoptosis, and cell cycle of HMCs were examined by MTT assay and flow cytometry respectively. Results: BST significantly inhibited proliferation of mesangial cells compared with control( P <0.05)and delayed the entry of cell cycle at G 0/G 1 period. BST induced apoptosis of HMCs. Conclusion: Proliferation inhibition and apoptosis induction of HMCs are some of the mechanisms of BST in delaying progression of induction CRF.更多还原
