某航天器仪器舱结构减振试验研究

【摘要】 改善大型结构的动态特性对航天器总体设计具有十分重要的意义。本文基于粘弹性材料对振动能量的耗散原理 ,分析了利用约束阻尼对航天大型结构进行振动抑制的方法。以某航天器仪器舱为例 ,进行了附加约束阻尼前后结构动态特性试验与分析 ,结果验证了该方法抑制振动的可行性和有效性 ,对大型航天结构的减振设计具有实用价值

【Abstract】 To improve the dynamic properties of cabin structure are of great significance for spacecraft. Based on energy consumption of viscoelastic materials, in this paper a method of constrained damping is presented to suppress the vibration of large space structure. A simple viscoelasticity model is given out for the constrained damping structure. As example, it is used to a practical rocket cabin structure, and modal experiments and analysis are carried out. From mode shapes and FRF (Frequency Response Functions) curves of some characteristic points, the amplitudes of vibration are reduced obviously. Conclusions can be made that, as an impassive damping method, the constrained damping structure is proved to be feasible and effective. The results are of useful for reference to other space structure.
