【摘要】 选用柱头外露棉种质的柱头外露长度在 10mm以上 ,异交率达 95 %以上 ,且将该种质的柱头外露性状回交转育到丰产品种上的次数达 2次以上的优良株系 ,来从事杂交棉的繁殖和制种生产 ,既可在进行杂交制种时免去人工去雄 ,降低杂种F1代的生产成本 ,又可选配出具有很好制种效率的强优势杂交组合。从而证明 ,选用长柱头外露棉材料在杂交制种中有很好的利用价值更多还原

【Abstract】 Excellent cotton strains selected from high-yielding cultivars backcrossed more than twice with the germplasma with stigma showing, whose length of external stigma was above 10mm and crossing percentage above 95%, were used to breed and produce hybrid seeds. This approach decreased the cost of the production of F 1 without emasculation and was advantageous to the selection of highly efficient combinations. So the germplasma with long stigma showing is a valuable material in cross breeding of cotton.更多还原
