【Abstract】 According to the resource of bamboo and bamboo-shoot in our country,the paper analyses a series of problems during the bamboo-shoot producing,processing and selling.It also dicusses the criterion and norm that Sanitation and Plant Quarantine Step Agreement and united Nathon’s Commission on Internation foodstuff Lawbook drafted should be paid attenion to.The check of presticide remaining quantity should be taken into account .People should propel organic agricultural products’ exploiting during the bamboo-shoot producing and processing.更多还原
