【Abstract】 Under the low value of pH and the improved ventilation condition of containers,the bacterium can be inhibited or killed effectively.The explants’ life-span will be extended,and they have the same propagation rate as in the normal solid culture medium.The problem that the Spathiphyllum sen sa tion explants can be polluted by bacterium and rust has been solved.更多还原
