凸轮机构谐综合运动特性的研究
On the Kinematic Performance of Harmonic Syntheses of Cam Mechanism
【摘要】 采用有限项谐函数作为凸轮机构从动件运动函数 ,称之为凸轮机构谐综合。本文以升 -停 -降 -停型凸轮机构为对象 ,研究了谐函数项数 N及机构转速 n对凸轮机构运动特性的影响 ,从而为采用谐综合方法设计凸轮机构提供了依据。
【Abstract】 Harmonic syntheses of cam mechanism is to use the sum of limited terms of harmonics as the transmission function of a cam follower. In this paper, we take the pause pause type of cams as the object of study, analyze the effect of N(the terms of harmonics) and n(the velocity) on its kinematic performance. The results lay the basis for using harmonic syntheses to design cam mechanism.
