阻尼吸振器原理在惯性振动机噪声控制中的应用
An Application of Vibration Absorber Principle to the Noise Control of Inertial Vibrating Machines
【摘要】 对阻尼吸振器原理进行了拓展 ,发现当激振力作用于附加质量上时 ,通过合理选择附加系统的弹簧刚度和阻尼系数可以使附加质量在某一频率附近的响应幅值很小 ,使主质量在该频域内的响应幅值保持稳定 ,而此时主质量的高频响应却明显减弱。将这一原理应用于惯性振动机的噪声控制当中 ,试验表明其降噪效果十分显著
【Abstract】 In this paper, the principle of vibration absorber is extended. It is found that when the excitation acts on the absorber the response amplitude of the absorber near some frequency can be controlled to a quite small value by choosing its spring stiffness and damping factor properly,while the response amplitude of the main mass keeps steady in this frequency range and becomes much smaller in high frequency range. This principle is applied to the noise control of inertial vibrating machines and marked effect is observed in model test.
