【Abstract】 Whether or not the owners of the priva te enterprise have formed a class,whether or not they belong to constructors and whether or not it’ ll change the character of the Party i f they are admitted to join it,are the focuses argued by people.From the point of economic data,this article demonstra tes that the private enterprises’ owners are a new stratum,that they are of the constructors of the Chinese characteris tic socialism,and that admitting th e better of them to join the Party will not change the nature of the Party.[更多还原
