【Abstract】 We introduce in this essay a study on the chemical lesion dossage to the rat’s hippocampus by kainic acid, the coordinate selection and the distinctive character.The resultshows that kainic acid has some distimctive lesion to the awl somatic cell of hippocampus without afftecting the input and pass by fibres.The lesion character of 0.5ug kainic acid is worse than the 0.3ug one,while LR 2.0mm and LR2.5mm lesion results are very similar.更多还原
